HSMM is searching for an Engineer 2 to: Be primarily responsible for technical site design for various types of facilities to include military, government, and private companies. Provide tasks that include site layout, grading and drainage, utility design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, specifications, designing to client criteria, participating in presentations for work interviews, and supervising work of junior engineers and technicians. Job Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer. 6 to 10 years of experience in designing (preparing drawings and specifications) for site development plans. Demonstration of the desire and ability to succeed through past accomplishments (examples: work successes, professional and civic leadership, participation in service organizations, awards and honors). Ability and experience in working in a team environment, including leadership and supervision of junior engineers and technicians. Strong oral and written communications skills. Ability for some overnight travel as needed. GEOPAK Site or Land Desktop experience a plus. Local review agency experience a plus. M.S. in Civil Engineering or M.B.A. a plus. EEO M/F/D/V
