Overview : This position is responsible for supporting board, transducer, and system level production test and debug. Performs a variety of tasks associated with the production of ultrasonic therapy system and transducers. Responsibilities : * Utilizes both manual and automated tests to perform board, transducer, and system level testing to ensure product quality and reliability in accordance with company requirements. * Conducts acoustic power output tests of therapy devices and systems in accordance with company requirements. * Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs boards, transducers, and electro/mechanical devices. * Replace circuit board components using superior soldering skills and standard rework equipment. * Perform rework and repair with strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Installs and configures component and system software. * Maintains adherence to production, test, and quality system procedures. Retrieves procedures from corporate database. * Acts as primary test and troubleshooting trainer for production direct labor. Qualifications : * Associate's Degree * 3-5 years professional experience * Experience in testing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical assemblies and printed circuit board level debug * Experience in ultrasound equipment testing a plus The statements in this description represent typical elements, criteria and general work performed.
