Position : Manufacturing Associate - LipoSonix

Description :
Overview : * Perform assembly and acceptance test of ultrasonic therapy equipment and accessories. * Support packaging and picking to fulfill customer orders. * Perform a variety of tasks associated with manufacturing ultrasonic therapy equipment. Responsibilities : Specific tasks may include the following: * Complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and test operations. * Mechanical assembly of small components using precision custom and off the shelf tools. Including torque wrenches, measuring instruments, custom fixtures, and other hand held tools. * Precision assembly and hand soldering under a microscope. * Measurement of components using high precision gauging. * Weighing, mixing, and casting materials. Bonding, curing, etching. * Cleaning and assembling precision molds. * Maintains adherence to production, test, and quality system procedures while performing the job responsibilities. Documents non-conformance issues. * Retrieves procedures from corporate database. * Perform required machine cleaning and maintenance. * Performs material handling tasks such as restocking and cycle counting at point of use. * Provide assistance in other areas as needed and directed. * Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system. Qualifications : * High School Diploma * 3-5 years professional experience * Experience in electro-mechanical assembly * Experience in ultrasound transducer manufacturing a plus The statements in this description represent typical elements, criteria and general work performed.
