We are looking for a Program Manager to help manage several different projects in the E&D Office of the CTO. Our vision of Connected Entertainment needs a strong PM to drive our communication strategy for getting the word out and to manage the process of creation and delivery of the building blocks of the campaign. We also need a very organized Program Manager to help drive a collection, interview and analysis project for creating a division wide product roadmap used for future innovation. These are just two examples of projects that will need a strong program and project manager who isn't afraid to jump in and get hands on. We want candidates with a strong sense of business and consumer value who can properly define, prioritize, and deliver results. This requires strong communication and cross group coordination skills as you will be working closely with all the business groups in the Entertainment and Devices Division. You must have prior experience managing long-running projects with many deliverables and stakeholders. This position sits in Redmond, but requires frequent visits to the Pioneer Square Design Center in Seattle. Project management skills should include: A minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrated project management and business analysis experience Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and solutions Excellent problem solving skills, outstanding coordination and organization skills, proven negotiation skills, strong decision making ability, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Passion about deliverables, detail oriented and capable of driving results in a dynamic environment. - Must be capable of adapting to constant change and adhering to continuous improvement. A BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field, MBA is preferred.
