Job Title Supervisor, Mammography and Radiology Services Category Regional Health Centers Site Oneonta Specialty Services Status FT Shift None specified Description Full time Responsibilities: Provides immediate supervision to technical and related Radiology personnel Prepares daily work schedules, ensures efficient day to day operation of assigned modalities Ensures quality assurance of services Ensures Joint Commission and additional regulatory standards are met Maintains adequate supply levels for patient care needs Coordinates maximum access possible for patients and their referring providers Identifies opportunities to continuously improve technology, services and patient satisfaction The Supervisor is the leadership role within the OSS Radiology Departments and will work closely with other OSS supervisors or managers to ensure optimized patient flow efficiencies and patient satisfaction This position is a working Supervisor who also maintains skills in and performs direct patient care Minimum Qualifications Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program in an AMA approved school 3 years previous experience as a radiologic technologist NYS license or eligibility ARRT certification MQSA mammography certification GRADE 54 SP For more information contact Human Resources at 607-547-3120.
