Position : LPN - Cobleskill Health Center

Description :

Part time evenings 24hrs/wk

Responsibilities:

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the RN, NP, PA or Physician.
Provides direct and indirect nursing care individualized to the patient's needs
Advocates for patients to ensure that care preserves and protects the patient's autonomy, dignity and rights
Maintains current licensure, certification, and competencies
Acquires and maintains current knowledge and skills in his/her area of practice

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program required
Current NYS licensure as a LPN or valid interim permit required
Current BLS certification required
