Aspen Education Group (AEG), A Division of CRC Health; the Nations leading organization for helping families in a milieu of crisis situations is looking for Admissions Counselors to work in the Outdoor Division's Western Regional Admissions office. Admissions Counselor: Job description : Responsible for communicating Aspen's program information regarding admission to external clients and professional associates. Manage Admissions for their assigned program with a primary focus on increasing admissions thorough continuously improving customer service, faster call response time, improved efficiencies and ongoing improvement through training. Duties/responsibilities: Communicates via telephone with potential parents to explain program benefits while screening for appropriateness of student. Communicates regularly with referral sources and marketing representatives with regards to student placement and program benefits. Uses all required AEG systems, including: the AEG sales cycle, Salesforce CRM, electronic flow boards, report and tracking functions. Processes all documentation with regards to placement. Develops systems for communicating placement in advance to each program. Is knowledgeable of all AEG Western Outdoor Division Western Regional programs, to include duration, program benefits, therapeutic nature, follow-up and aftercare options. Ability to work with insurance and managed care organizations to approve admissions Works closely w/Aspen clinicians to determine the appropriateness of student placement Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a track record in sales or admissions. Experience with adolescents and or wilderness is a plus. A college degree can be substituted with equivalent years of admissions or sales in a related field. Superior computer knowledge required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Paint Shop Pro) Strong communication skills required Office location Salt Lake City Utah.
