Title: Communications Software Database Developer/Analyst Status : W2 Location: Whippany, NJ Duration: 12 Months Description: Our client is looking for a Communications Software Database Developer/Analyst. DSP development and testing using C/C++ to update our DSP code to support Release 7 of the UMTS Standard. MUST HAVE SKILLS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Master*s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (any type) 3-5 years of experience as a Telecommunications Engineer and/or Software Engineer. The incumbent*s 3 years of prior experience must have included the following: Designing, developing, testing and implementing wireless projects in DSP Assembly and C programming languages; Developing test plans, scripts and software codes; Developing new features, enhancing existing software, and fixing existing bugs; Providing software and hardware support to higher layer design; and utilizing C/C++, Perl, Matlab, TI DSP, Unix, Windows, HTML and ClearCase. No travel expected
