The charter for your role as Business to Consumer (B2C) Marketing Manager is to develop and execute on the Windows Mobile B2C efforts with both internals sales teams and Mobile Operator retail sales teams for ultimate success in the consumer segment.
Your responsibilities include:
1) Complete a comprehensive marketing plan for 'Sell Through' sales of Windows Mobile through retail via our Operator Channel.
2) Define, create and execute on Sales Trainings, Readiness, and Incentive programs with global Mobile Operator Retail Sales Teams
3) Execute on a B2C Marketing and Sales framework that can be utilized in a scalable fashion throughout our WW Mobile Operator partnerships.
4) Define and execute on internal Communication Sector integration
5) Participate in a virtual team of MCB marketing managers to define a training and incentive plan, communications framework and process to achieve broad sales readiness goals.
6) Support our infrastructure efforts to communicate effectively with MO Sales Forces to disseminate materials, engage reps for online training, and effectively localize content.
7) Manage Partner Account Manager and other key stakeholder relationships on behalf of our Business Group.
This is a very exciting role working with our largest Mobile Operators Sales teams around the world. It is essential that this individual be able to execute across business functions, business groups and the MCB Marketing team to support our strategy.
Recommended Experience: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of business experience; 5+ years of functional experience in marketing and/or channel sales. Applicant must demonstrate a passion for mobility, strong marketing background, and the ability to think strategically as well as tactically to define and drive impactful programs to advance the business. Applicant needs to have a flexible can-do attitude, and proven track record of rapidly increasing responsibility and clear success at meeting objectives. Project management and excellent interpersonal skills are critical for success. Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. International experiences with Europe and Asia is strongly desired.
The position is located in Redmond, Washington, USA. Ability to travel ~25% of the time or as required.
