Position : Occupational Therapist

Description :
The Therapist reports to a Clinical Supervisor of the home health agency and provides direct patient care to clients who require rehabilitative care. The Therapist is responsible for age appropriate interventions for the client, including physical, emotional, developmental, psychosocial and educational needs of the client and their family when appropriate. The Therapist is responsible for the delivery of high quality continuous care. The Therapist acts a s a preceptor for new employees and works in co-operation with other disciplines.
