Summary The Customer Service Representative coordinates resident functions/events, delivers packages, coordinates dry cleaning and newspaper deliver for resident, Monitors and schedules guest suite rentals. Answers phones, make appointments, tour/leas apartments, filing, assist other employees with misc. paperwork (including service request.) Prepare monthly newsletter and work closely with fitness trainer scheduling classes. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience 1 Year Property Management experience preferred. Customer Service Experience. 2-3 Years experience in the hospitality industry. Skills and Abilities High School Diploma Required Computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi knowledge preferred.
