In order to better support our Federal customers, we are actively hiring Consultants who have a powerful combination of advanced technology and strategic business acumen. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping a customer's business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and .NET is also a must. Architects manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects. They have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. The MCS Architect applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of software design and deployment to define appropriate customer solutions. The Architect works closely with our Sales organization to drive the best solution to ensure our customers success. To be credible he or she must have current and deep experience with implementation of large enterprise networked computing environments including directories, messaging, collaboration and application architecture. He or she should also have a deep understanding of line-of-business application development for large enterprise customers. Advanced domain knowledge in US Government is required. This position is specifically in support of our customers who are architecting, designing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The MCS Architect applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of software design and deployment to define appropriate customer solutions. To be credible he or she must have current and deep experience with implementation CRM solutions and competitive products. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to creating business process solutions in complex customer environments is a must. He or she should also have a deep understanding of line-of-business application development for enterprise customers. Advanced domain knowledge in US Government is required. The successful candidate will have: · BS/BA degree, Advanced degree is highly desired · At least 10 years development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or competitive products in the CRM space. · A minimum of 15 years experience in software development in large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with technical project management. In addition, a working knowledge of the Federal DOD, Civilian Agency or Intelligence Community is required. An active or in-process security clearance is highly desired with an active, higher level clearance preferred. Due to the sensitive nature of the work and the clearance requirements a US Citizenship is required. Additional qualifications include hands-on experience in several of the following: security, mobility, directory services, identity management, SQL, Windows platform design and implementation, .NET development, Microsoft applications including SharePoint, BizTalk, MOSS and Microsoft Office System. Frequent travel (up to 40%) is an integral part of this job, as are high levels of recognition and visibility.
