For more information on Zedi, please visit us online at [link removed] . Job Description/Duties: Zedi is recruiting an Implementation Coordinator. As a key member of the CSS Team, the ideal candidate will: Coordinate all aspects of the implementation process for the various Zedi applications such as Smart Alek. Participate in customer facing implementation meetings. Provide end user support and training on all Zedi solutions. Major Tasks/Duties: Receive and act on support requests with focus on superior customer service while troubleshooting and resolving problems. Coordinate new customer implementations including bulk data loading, data gathering processes and customer facing sessions for requirements gathering. Provide user administration services for customers including, setting up new users, changing passwords, setting up company default parameters, and client hierarchy. Refer enhancement requests and/or technical service requests to the appropriate team members. Support other team members enthusiastically when called upon for help. Act as a change agent both internally and for our customers to promote and effect continuous improvement in the delivery and the adoption of Zedi Solutions. Participate in the regular on-call rotation to provide after-hour support directly to customers and field service technicians. Participate in the development and delivery of new service offerings. Participate in client facing meetings to assist planning of the implementation process Record meeting objectives and activity Coordinate and communicate documentation updates and changes Assist in QA process prior to roll-out of new applications or features Ability to understand customer production and process schematics. Strong customer service, troubleshooting and communication skills are needed due to the cross section of the customers we deal with. Requires strong organization and prioritization skills as there are often many implementations occurring at one time, with each implementation required multiple streams of process occurring simultaneously. Employee must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and have good decision-making skills. Employee must also have good interpersonal skills and have leadership ability. Education/Experience Post Secondary diploma/degree preferable Experience providing support and/or working in a production operations role within an oil & gas company.
