Elevations is seeking tellers to assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. To assist members in person as first priority. 3. To maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance 4. To balance cash drawer within 15 minutes of closing time. 5. To have no more than 2 posting errors per quarter. 6. To meet or exceed personal sales goals three out of every six months 7. To support the achievement of departmental loan, share, and remote delivery goals. 8. To remain within the established balancing guidelines. 9. To assist in closing the branch at the end of the business day. Knowledge and Skills: Experience: At least 6 months cash-handling and customer service experience. Education: Equivalent to a high school education. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves extensive personal contact with others that can be of a personal or sensitive nature. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. An ability to foster positive working relationships with all members, coworkers and management is essential. Other Skills: Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch preferred.
