The charter for your role as Go To Marketing - Marketing Manager is to develop and execute on the Windows Mobile sales efforts with both internals sales teams and Mobile Operator field sales teams for ultimate success in the business and consumer segments.
This position is responsible for the Windows Mobile Business Group's Go To Market activities with the MO Field Sales force, as outlined by the following responsibilities:
1. Develop and drive Mobile Operator Field Sales strategy and manage execution for Sales Program rollouts.
2. Facilitate subsidiary Integrated Marketing and Business Group strategy to Windows Mobile activities with subsidiary growth plan
3. Drive cost efficiency in the subsidiary's operating model
4. Be the go to at Corporate Headquarters to improve processes, tools, and operation models.
1. Develop and drive Mobile Operator Field Sales strategy and manage execution for Sales Program rollouts.
Manage, measure, and optimize the subsidiary field's presence for Mobile Operators
Manage - as appropriate given degree of subsidiary's field presence - campaign and programs which promote Windows Mobile via Mobile Operator sell to/through efforts to consumers and businesses.
Measure and report demand and lead generation from standard metrics and scorecard templates from Corporate Headquarters
Develop a campaign and advertising prioritization framework and engagement process for its subsidiary's internal marketers.
Collaborate with other internal marketing roles to develop online strategy and tactical execution, tied to internal stakeholders' campaign objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify, implement, and execute Relationship Marketing techniques to drive profiles (e.g. download completion, email subscriptions, event registration, newsletters) and leads, which maps to the subsidiary growth plan
Manage customer communications delivered through subsidiary Mobile Team Units and provide appropriate guidance to sites managed by other teams.
Drive and execute customer satisfaction improvement plan for the Field and Retail Sales teams.
2. Facilitate subsidiary Integrated Marketing and Business Group strategy to Windows Mobile activities with subsidiary growth plan
Act as Marketing point of contact for key groups in subsidiary to meet Marketing Communications goals
Coordinate all Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Campaign requests involving local subsidiary field sales efforts
Align outcomes with country manager and Business and Windows Mobile Business Group objectives
Understand Marketing Communications interdependencies and modify online execution to adapt
Collaborate with other Marketing Communications teams to drive integration of consistent Microsoft brand messaging into online training and promotion initiatives
3. Drive cost efficiency in the subsidiary's operating model
Increase efficiency through use of a resource allocation model (FTEs, local contractors, and global agencies utilized appropriately)
Maintain subsidiary listing of all campaign microsites and perform annual audit of all campaigns and field efforts.
