-Lead a Sales Value Delivery team of 25 - 30 people in the Southwest States to maintain and grow within existing business.
-Achieve an annual region revenue target between $50 million in volume.
-Meet or exceed key metrics for Revenue, Operating profit, Market Share, Account retention and Base Cost.
-Create and modify sales plans to ensure they meet corporate direction and strategy.
-Support the development of new business by working with the Growth Team Leader to create strategic growth plans.
-Establish alternative distribution strategies.
-Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved as measured by Net Promoter Score and other customer metrics.
-Hire, coach and develop talent for all positions within the territory.
-Set and articulate a vision for the team and to provide direction to the team to set their personal goals.
-Hold team accountable for results and provide effective feedback and coaching to individuals.
-Effectively allocate resources to meet the client and market demand for portfolio services.
-Drive continuous improvement through the sharing of best practices.
-Coordinate relationships and interfaces with Commercial Operations, Technical Marketing, Product management and other functions.
-Oversee the company's Safety and Health Program to ensure the programs and policies are adhered to as well as ensure corrective (and potentially disciplinary) action is taken when required.
-Ensure Safety and Health topics are discussed during meetings.
-Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers and prospects.
-Reinforce and builds upon strategic relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the water treatment field.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, OR Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus at least 4 years of experience in the water treatment field.

- Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities.
