John Deere Waterloo Works, Tractor and Cab Assembly Operations (TCAO), is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the interfactory cab business. In this position you will:
Lead manufacturing implementation of new product programs for interfactory cabs.
Manage required manufacturing and quality changes for interfactory cabs.
Manage relationships between the cab business unit and our interfactory customers.
Coordinate communication and resolution of issues between interfactory customers, TCAO, and PEC cab engineering.
Lead improvement projects and resolution of issues to improve our interfactory cabs.
Education
Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technology discipline, business, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
Strong ability to communicate effectively.
Strong demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work with diverse teams to resolve problems.
Desired Skills and Experience
3 years manufacturing experience.
Sales experience.
Experience at other John Deere factories.
Supply Management experience.
Experience in design engineering.
