Part time for school year September to June, days
Responsibilities:
Performs intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, and provides psychotherapy. Psychotherapy may include individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy per department needs
Functions as a member of the outpatient SBHC clinical treatment team
Functions in accordance with department standards for billing of services
Maintains the integrity of the patient's confidentiality throughout the course of treatment
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work is required.
A minimum of 6 years post MSW experience, under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other recognized professional is required.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with the "R" credential by the New York State Department of Education is required.
The ability to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic formulations.
The ability to provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, marital, family, and/or group therapy, based upon a comprehensive assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment plan.
