Job description:
*Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally purchased software products
*Write code for system designs that span platforms
*Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
*Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs
*Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points
*Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects
*Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications
*Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle
*Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach

Business Specific Criteria (Preferred):
*Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology
*Healthcare Industry knowledge
*Experience using Visio flowcharting tool
*Experience with Rational development suite (ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro)

*Bachelor's degree in related business area or equivalent work experience and 6 or more years of related work experience
*Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration
*Demonstrated experience with Windows and Unix operating systems
*Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
*Demonstrated experience with Siebel 7x, Siebel Tools, EAI and EIM.
*Demonstrated experience with Seibel configuration, eScript, development of custom business services, Workflow, XML and VBCs.
*Demonstrated experience with WMQI, HTTP, FTP, CTI, IVR, Web Services and APIs
*PC Skills
*Demonstrated experience using SQL
