JOB SUMMARY Our Mortgage Bankers are responsible for originating and selling mortgage loans by developing strong relationships with their clients in an in-bound call environment. As a Mortgage Banker, you will serve as an advisor, counseling, educating, and promoting NFM's products and services to your borrowers. QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate for NFM, Inc. will preferably have 2+ years of proven sales success in the mortgage industry.
Proven ability to provide excellent negotiation, sales, and closing skills.
Ability to organize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on ustomer feedback and market environment.
