Lead team of producers to create all on-air promotion for HSN from inception to production, to realize the department's strategic goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for leading a team of Producers, including Senior producers and associate producers, to create all on-air promotion, on time, on budget and on strategy.
Work closely with the Creative Director, Art Directors and associated Trafficking staff to execute creative and deliver all on-air promotions from concept through implementation.
Support development and growth of network through flawless and on time execution of promo's and associated support material.
Lead team to develop and produce all promotion for all of HSN's media outlets including brand, tune-in, direct sell, TV, HSN .com, HSN on Demand, pod casts, etc.
Must couple tremendous leadership vision and execution with a clear understanding of HSN goals and objectives.
Must develop maintain and hold accountable a strategic internal agency process that will support execution of all promotions and approvals.
Works directly with Sr. leaders and Creative Directors to provide and execute promotions.
Responsible for oversight of project budgets and delivering cost effective results.
Responsible for the performance management of producers, associate producers, and production assistants.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in film/television, communication or other related field or equivalent work experience.
5-7+ years experience managing creative projects and employees from conception to fruition.
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to both lead and work with creative teams and produce successful results.
Strong judgment to appropriately manage business/creative tradeoffs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-starter with great energy who can tackle problems with confidence and diplomacy.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Preferred Requirements :
Electronic retailing experience
Network or cable promotional management experience
