The Global Console Product Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role assigned to develop, drive, and coordinate global product marketing vision, strategies, campaigns, programs, and plans that achieve short and long term business objectives. This position will provide a single point of contact and accountability for all console-related marketing issues and serve as an interface/liaison between Xbox Sales/Marketing subsidiaries. Specific responsibilities include worldwide SKU management, console pricing and lifecycle management, and packaging. Additionally, will be looked to by the hardware product management team to assist with research and the development of new products, as well as build forecasting and financial models to support future SKU's. This position demands strong analytical and communications skills as well as the ability to influence the management team through written and interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, and the ability to simultaneously address multiple projects and challenges. Responsible for developing global marketing content that projects a consistent global message and working with regional marketing to localize messaging and materials as necessary. Candidates should have a strong marketing background. Experience in consumer packaged goods, games or entertainment a plus. Familiarity with foreign languages and cultures a plus. MBA or Master's Degree in relevant discipline preferred.

Primary responsibilities include:
Writing the global marketing strategy and go-to-market plan
Targeting, positioning & messaging of both new and existing products
Developing integrated marketing communication plans with the global brand and PR teams
Supporting regional marketing on go-to-market plans and field execution of marketing initiatives
Partnering with finance on pricing strategy
Partnering with finance and subsidiaries on global sales forecasts
Coordinating virtual global marketing team with the subsidiaries to ensure they are informed of and bought in to global marketing plans
Approximately 5-10% travel

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher
Strong marketing background
Interest in the games industry
Experience with MS Office product suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
