E&D Finance is looking for an energetic individual with drive and enthusiasm to take on a role as Business Process Analyst on the E&D Central Finance team. This position will assist in driving the E&D Rhythm of the Business and establishing cross-divisional Process Excellence through process improvement and effective communications. This job provides a unique opportunity to have in depth visibility and participation in the E&D businesses as will as a broad view and involvement with all of E&D's functional organizations. Opportunity for advancement exists for a person who gains strong knowledge of the E&D businesses.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing and Improving Key E&D Rhythm of the Business Processes and Forums
Maintaining and Communicating Cross-Divisional Finance Calendar
Leading Cross-Divisional virtual teams to ensure Process Excellence across E&D Businesses
Developing and Managing the E&D Business Insight Portal
Supporting and Evangelizing Core Finance Reporting Initiatives
Assisting on CFO Initiative based Projects
Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess a BA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent and have 5+ years of applicable work experience. They must possess demonstrated Project Management Skills and excellent Communication Skills with a focus on Process Excellence. In addition, the following is desirable: Excellent problem solving skills with an outstanding customer service orientation Ambitious, self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives. Analytical and quantitative aptitude Detail oriented & thorough, with ability to think "big picture" and understand the key trends and levers that drive the business. Industry knowledge in High-Tech and Internet space desired Advanced Degree preferred.
