Job Description:
*Develop relationships and grow revenue's with existing and new customers through heavy telephone contact as well as face to face sales techniques.
*Prospect, Qualify, and secure new accounts for both transactional and project revenue.
* Account maintenance and further development of existing customers as directed.
* Serve as the initial and primary point of contact for customers and the company.
* Manage customer needs and balance them with the needs of the company.
* Negotiate rates and contracts in CRST Logistics best interest
* Develop and complete competitive bid packages, RFP's, and other reports (Key Metrics) relating to current and future customer base.
*Responsible for initial contact/interface with new customers.
*Meet and exceed established revenue goals through new and existing sales activity
*Provide timely and thorough pricing and feed back to potential customers.
*Provide weekly updates and progress to Branch Manager (as specified)
*Provide exemplary customer service to both established customers as well as potential customers.
Requirements:
A n ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a two-year degree in a related field or two years of inside sales experience.
This is a salaried position which will go to full commission after 1 year.
The successful candidate will be subject to a preemployment drug screening, background check and reference checks.
