Job Description:
* Account maintenance and further development of existing customers and carriers as directed.
* Manage carrrier and customer needs and balance them with the needs of the company.
* Negotiate rates and contracts with Carriers in CRST Logistics best interest
* Develop and complete competitive bid packages, RFP's, and other reports (Key Metrics) relating to current and future customer base.
*Meet and exceed established revenue goals through new and existing carrier activity
*Provide exemplary customer service to both established customers as well as potential customers.
Requirements:
A n ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a two-year degree in a related field or two years of inside sales experience.
This is a salaried position which will go to full commission after 1 year.
The successful candidate will be subject to a preemployment drug screening, background check and reference checks.
