John Deere Ag Division is seeking a Supply Management Coordinator to support and process unit requests and questions for the supplier set-up process. In this position, you will:

Primary owner to support and process unit requests for the Division Supplier Vendor Master Process.
Support common supplier ordering and payment parameter settings for several North America Ag units.
Provide divisional support of other common Supply Management processes and tools.
Interact with internal contacts for changes to supplier addresses, payment terms, and other supplier information and update supplier information in appropriate systems.
Organize supply management activities and other administrative duties as needed/assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, or any Business related discipline highly preferred or equivalent education and experience.

Required Skills and Experience

Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong problem resolution skills and excellent follow-thru skills.
High level of attention to detail & accuracy.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience supporting Supply Management and/or Accounting processes.
Ability to analyze and question incoming requests based on current business policies and audit compliance processes.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Self motivated; possess initiative to seek additional responsibility.
Desired Skills and Experience

Ability and desire to improve and streamline current processes.
Experience with organization and maintenance of records to support audit compliance needs.
SAP experience, familiarity with MM module a huge plus.
