Job Requirements -
* Responsible for development and maintaining a global Siebel CRM system
* Guide the production support and development team in areas related to Siebel Architecture
* Will be a point of contact between the development team and the other technical teams for any infrastructure related issues.
* Interact with different groups of Infrastructure (Network, Security, and Data Center etc) to have the Siebel environment co-exist with other application environments
* Co-ordinate with Business team and application team for any issues in Siebel OLTP and Analytics production environment.
* Manage Siebel production environments (Siebel OLTP and Siebel Analytics) also provide on demand support to manage Development, Conversion, Integration, QA, Staging and Production environments.
* Manage migration effort between different environments
* Play role in upgrades and new implementations of Siebel
* Assist in release and migration planning
* Responsible for Siebel Production readiness and health check review
* Work with Siebel Expert Services and Database Administrators to tune the application for performance
* Work with the Integration Team during Data Loads to improve the performance of data loads
* Interface directly with users to provide quick resolution to critical support issues
