Business and Requirements Analyst (#1498) ? New Addition to Our Team!
This client-focused role will be responsible for performing various functional/analytical tasks as part of a team supporting business transformation. As an integral member of our PMO, this professional is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of requirements for the Association's business processes.
Day-to-day you will partner with internal clientele, fellow Team members, and other key staff to map processes, as well as to evaluate and recommend improvement to those processes. Additionally, you will elicit requirements for large software development and COTS projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a substantial and positive impact upon the Team and indeed the organization at large ? it's a lot of fun, highly visible, and challenging!
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst required
· Experience in Use Case diagramming, Business Process Mapping, Sequence and Activity diagramming, UI prototyping andespecially UML
· Bachelor's degree; Master's/MBA a plus
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Critical thinking, analytical, and rapport-building skills are essential
