In an effort to support our rapid company expansion, we are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to become the newest member of our outside sales group within our Team Sales Division. Our dynamic team strives to enhance the customer's shopping experience, and is driven not to be the biggest, but the BEST.
A Team Sales representative for Sport Chalet will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing sales in the team sports industry. Establishing relationships while meeting with coaches, athletic directors, and purchasing agents for schools, clubs, and all other sports organizations will ensure success in this position. Sport Chalet Team Sales sells all of the best brands in athletic apparel, footwear and equipment.
Skills/ Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a friendly, outgoing personality and be driven to satisfy customers!
An extensive understanding of the Sports and Team Sales industries
Proven ability to meet sales forecast and deliver growth; results-driven
Excellent follow up and communication skills
Motivated self starter; team player
Established network with schools, coaches, athletic directors and other organizations is a big plus
Research and capitalize on business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service to differentiate Sport Chalet
