This position is in the Windows Embedded Business Marketing team, which is responsible for marketing the Windows Embedded product family: Windows Embedded CE/Compact, Windows Embedded NavReady, Windows XP Embedded/ Windows Embedded Standard, Windows Embedded Enterprise, and Windows Embedded for Point of Service/ Windows Embedded POSReady.

Role Description:

To fuel its "through partners" growth, the Windows Embedded team is recruiting a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to be responsible for the America's region partner ecosystem, as well as its world-wide Silver and Gold Level partners marketing programs.

Primary responsibilities:
Develop and execute partner programs targeting key partners world-wide, including:
o Defining WEPP Silver and Gold levels partner marketing strategy in coordination with the regional partner marketing managers (APAC, EMEA, Japan): partner readiness plans, through partners marketing programs, partner ecosystem gaps analysis, partners engagements strategy...
o Developing a programmatic approach to Distributors-Partner ecosystem collaboration
o Working with the vertical product management team, develop and execute targeted partner nurturing programs for Windows Embedded key device categories and strategic initiatives
o Developing collateral, newsletter content, presentations and whitepapers as appropriate
Manage and grow the America's (primarily US) partner ecosystem:
o Implement Silver and Gold program for the America's ecosystem
o Nurture relationships with America's Windows Embedded partners up to executive levels
o Drive partners behavior through partners plans and regular reviews
o Identify potential top-tier partners and recruit and nurture to Silver or Gold level status within WEPP ( [link removed] :// [link removed] )

To succeed in this role the candidate will have to be equally strong at:
Developing and executing tiered partner marketing strategies.
Developing in depth partner relationship from the technical to senior executive levels

The candidate will also need to have a passion for technology and be able to both handle high-level strategic & programmatic perspectives and be comfortable rolling-up his or her sleeves to carry the full programs implementation.

Qualifications:
To be considered candidates:
Must have a demonstrated track record of leadership and success in partner management, business development and/or marketing in the high-tech industry, preferably in the embedded systems industry
Have proven ability to effectively develop and execute scalable marketing programs, ideally partner marketing ones
Need to demonstrate excellent customer and partner focus, be technically minded, team players and extremely skilled in cross-group collaboration in a multicultural environment.
Have world-class verbal and written communication skills including the capability to craft messaging for internal and external audiences, from the engineering to the executive levels

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in positions relevant to the responsibilities described above. BS/BA or equivalent required, MBA strongly preferred. A combination of technical and business background is ideal. Prior experience in the embedded software or ecosystem a plus.
