For instance, our ERP utilizes SAP and Siebel, with SeeBeyond ICAN/e*Gate as the integration layer for all our Supply Chain applications. As a Global Product Integration (GPI) Lead Application Engineer, you'll be responsible for the development work related to the technical implementation of product integration and master data solutions in support of Nike-approved GPI projects. You'll partner with our Business System Analyst team to understand projects that are approved for implementation and engage the Technical Lead Manager to ensure successful implementation. You'll work within a project triangle consisting of the Technical Lead, the BSA Lead and the Project Manager to estimate project resources, track project status and deliver end results. You'll also work closely with Architecture and Standards teams to make sure all solutions adhere to guidelines and best practices for architecture and workflow. You'll be a mentor and coach for your technical team on approaches and best practices for leading technical implementations. In addition, your technical resources will come from a resource pool and you'll work with the Resource Manager to obtain resources to meet project deliverables.
Requirements for the position include:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
? 6 years' IT, business or related experience
? 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
? 2 years' experience in a lead or supervisory role
? 2 years' experience with integration projects
? 1 year of experience with master data projects
? 2 years' experience with integration tools or applications, including EAI or ETL
? 1 year of experience with master data management tools, including SAP MM or SAP MDM
? Experience in coding in ABAP, eGATE, JCAPS, XML and SQL or PL/SQL is preferred
? Experience in supporting cross-functional development efforts in a heterogeneous IT environment
? Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
