User Support Specialist
The User Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with software and hardware computer needs. This includes a wide arrange of job duties from basic computer knowledge, installation of programs to phone set up and answering questions on applications and programs.
Responsibilities:
-Performing day to day client monitoring and incident closure
-Working with employees in person, over the phone, and via email to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
-Troubleshooting and resolving common end user issues (MS Office, missing files, error messages, etc)
-Managing user and computer accounts, email, policies, & permissions via active directory
-Building / Rebuilding PC's manually (install OS and all software)
Required Skills:
-1-3 years experience supporting a Microsoft Windows PC environment
-Working knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP in a domain environment
-Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Above average knowledge and familiarity using and managing Active Directory
-Experience with and strong knowledge of MS Office (through current release)
-The ability to prioritize, work independently, and work with others in a team environment
