The Media Center TV test team is looking for exceptional SDETs to help design, build, and ship the next generation of the living room experience on Windows.
We are seeking highly motivated engineers to contribute to the development of Windows TV. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with development and program management to review standards and design specifications, authoring test specs, and designing and implementing test automation. You must be able to take ownership of key areas, learn quickly, identify and communicate design and testability issues, and be an effective advocate for product quality and engineering efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include cross-company engineering collaboration with multiple internal and international partners.
A strong passion for digital media technologies and proven programming skills in C++ and/or C# are requirements for this position. Additionally, you should possess strong problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and passion for quality. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an SDET role is required and a BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
