The Launch Management team for the Americas Operations Center and Global Services organization is looking for a strong Supply Chain Product Manager with experience that can drive results in a fast paced environment. You will engage with the various product groups to maintain product launch roadmaps as well as product life cycle management portfolios.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
Build strong relationships with key product group leaders to maintain long range new product roadmaps and extrapolate associated supply chain capabilities
Maintain a product life cycle portfolio for all products
Develop frameworks for translating and communicating roadmap and lifecycle requirements to inform supply chain functional teams
Influence product group portfolio management based on supply chain and industry trends and dynamics
Program manage cross-functional supply chain programs to enable new capabilities to support the roadmap
Drive team efforts for continuous improvement to refine, standardize, and document approaches and methodologies for product life cycle management
Provide thought leadership on emerging supply chain concepts, technologies, and trends to facilitate a best in class lean supply chain
Required Experience and Qualifications:
8+ years of retail manufacturing / supply chain operations experience or related experience and strong knowledge of product life cycle management principles
B.A./B.S. in supply chain/operations management, business, or related field (or the equivalent in work experience)
Exceptional ability to impact and influence business results where cross group collaboration is required
Demonstrated experience driving global programs while understanding the multicultural implications of global business and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid analytical and problem resolution skills in an ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to think strategically
Extremely detail and process-oriented
Strong facilitation and consensus building skills.
This position is based in Redmond and reports to the Group Launch Manager.
