Understand external Renewable market conditions, competitive landscape, customer relationships and partner with the Renewable business teams (Sales, Commercial Operations, Services, Parts, and Customer support orgs) to form a Renewable IM Customer Value Creation program. Responsibilities will include:

*Developing a vision & strategy, creating project roadmaps, establishing standards, benchmarks & compliance, recommending system/process improvements to support strategy & finally developing communication, training & education plans.

*Lead overall MGPP/MGSP for several immediate programs such as, but not limited to, 1) Wind Park Mgmt System where customers can order parts, schedule service, find status of service requests, tech issue letters, warranties, determine configuration of turbines, etc; 2) Develop system that allows storage of infor on conversions, modifications & upgrades offerings & dynamically provide updated pricing infor such as history and elasticity; 3) Digitization of the ITO (Inquiry to Order) to OTR (Order to Remittance) release process.

*Responsible for working with Mktg, Sales & IM teams to determine roadmap for "Branding IT'.

*Determining IM solutions & packaging them in a manner that can be sold to the end customer.

*Create engaging & high-end graphical interfaces that grab the are attention of customers to increase GE reach.

*Drive proj implementation, on boarding, & analysis of internal Renewable communication needs. Serve as a point of escalation/management for ensuring proper support, maintaining performance & availability standards, with general ownership of entire Renewable communication platforms.

*Lead a development team, ensuring a quality product release process. Apply proj mgmt tools & methodologies (PMM), & adhere to the tollgate process & manage proj through post-production support.

*Prepare, present & review program plans, status reports, cost/benefit analyses, recommended funding, resources for all managed programs.
Qualifications

*BS in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, or Business degree.

*Minimum 1 year experience in business systems analysis and external Web development.

*Minimum 1 year experience in life cycle project management.

*Minimum 1 year experience working in a global environment with offshore support teams.

Desired

*Green Belt or Black Belt Certified (GE employees only).

*Advanced degree in Master Business Administration or PMP certification.

*Previous experience in GE Energy, specifically Renewables.

*Experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operation strategies.

*Experience in Graphic arts, web design, creative arts, industrial design, etc.

*Experience using Six Sigma tools and techniques.

*Strong focus on process and informational systems.

*Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

*Ability to communicate at all levels.
