Our client, a Glendale, California based systems integrator with an accomplished document management practice, is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing SharePoint Practice Team within our Professional Services Group.
The Professional Services Group provides content management solutions supporting a wide variety of business processes to major California commercial and governDescription:ment organizations. Our software strategic partners are industry leaders in content management, forms recognition, image capture, and Web development technologies.
The Application Consultant**s responsibilities include analyzing and structuring business solutions; building prototypes and leading clients through the design/review process; building and deploying systems and custom components, conducting pilot testing; and drafting key project documents.

Finally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with groups and exhibit the ability to learn quickly. Requirements for this position include the following:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* Track record of career growth in information technology
* A minimum of one to three years of experience designing, developing and deploying applications in demanding business environments.
* Experience with some of the following: Windows SharePoint Services, Visual Studio .Net development, Microsoft server and desktop operating systems (XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Active Directory), Internet Information Server, HTML, XML, SQL development
* A talent for technical problem solving and creative design of business solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic high-technology environment.
* Self-motivated and an ability to work without supervision.
* Competence in using MS Office products
