Project Specialist

A Project Specialist supports customer inquiries, communicates with suppliers, and works closely with an entire team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Project Specialists manage large lighting and switchgear projects from beginning to end by:
Placing orders with suppliers
Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery of product
Expediting orders for customers
Updating project records
Following through with customers and suppliers until the project is complete.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, electrical product knowledge, and the ability to read blue prints. Candidates must be able to solve problems quickly, multi-task, work under time constraints, work effectively with a team, and communicate with a wide range of customers, vendors, and coworkers.
