We are looking for a motivated, customer focused, and results driven professional to serve as a finance manager supporting the M&SC Finance Central team. In this highly visible role, you will be given the opportunity to drive financial planning, BG consolidation, long range planning within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Finance group.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include financial planning and analysis for M&SC Finance.
Conduct thorough analysis on non-standard product cost P&L line items (OPEX, Warranties).
Partner with various team leads/directors to drive accurate monthly forecast and budget preparations.
Participate in Long Range /Strategic planning activities within E&D.
Monitor the efficiency and accuracy of existing financial processes. Automate and improve existing reports, reporting tools and financial processes.
Drive overall synergies between various lines of business within M&SC and E&D.
Requirements/Qualifications:
The position requires a BS or equivalent in Finance or Accounting and 7 - 10 years of demonstrated cost analysis experience including presenting results to management.
Must be able to work independently.
Advanced MS Excel skills and demonstrated competencies in data mining and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic Planning Experience, a plus.
