Experienced program manager needed to fulfill a critical role in shipping Windows Mobile devices. You'll be resolving highly visible, critical problems for our partner ecosystem. You'll be communicating regularly with executive management to mitigate critical escalations generated from key strategic partners while preserving core windows brand and value propositions.
In addition you'll develop the process to ensure our logo submission process runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll have a chance to Interact with all facets of the Window Mobile product groups including development, tests, account management, branding and marketing and commercialization teams. You'll work with our product group to develop effective requirements and policies for our logo testing kit. You'll manage business relationship with external vendors, organize training events and make visits to our hardware and mobile operator partners.
Requires excellent skills in written communications, process improvement, cross group collaboration and negotiation.
