PT Requirements Include:
BA or MS in Physical Therapy
Arizona Certification, Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
2 years of clinical experience in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
In patient and outpatient experience preferred.
CPR certification required.
Evaluates patient care needs and provides quality physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician.
Supervises ancillary personnel in the delivery of therapy-related services.
OT Requirements Include:
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy program.
Certified as an Occupational Therapist by the American Occupational Therapy
Certification Board.
Current license in the State of Arizona.
2 years clinical experience in orthopedic and sports medicine
