Location: West Point, GA
You bring an expertise in paint with a focus on quality. Your education focus has been a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and you can speak the automotive terminology.
Having been trained in an OEM environment, you have strong leadership ability and the expertise to lead a quality paint inspection team.
You will be responsible for generating inspection planning for paint quality, leading audit meetings of the paint group, initiating key performance indicators and supporting the production area. Developing new quality practices in the paint area will be your ongoing focus.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
OEM experience (major automotive firm)
Advance degrees in business management would be a plus
