Responsibilities:
Provide Siebel expertise in the definition, design, development, deployment and support of the Siebel CRM, Siebel Analytics solutions, and all inbound and outbound interfaces to the Siebel systems.
Provide primary support through daily operations for the following It functional areas:
Siebel Tools, Siebel EIM, Siebel EAI, Siebel Anywhere, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Data Model.
Siebel Analytics
All Siebel system interfaces ? PULSE, IRMS, Third party vendors like Wallace, SAP, iMany, CARS, EMIL (Publication Planning).
Reporting tools such as COGNOS
Maintenance of EDI jobs (ex. File submissions with CMS and other government agencies)
Provide secondary support through daily operations for the following IT functional areas:
SAP Business Warehouse
Participate in the 24-hour support model for Commercial Operations.
Requirements :
BS degree in a computer-based discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent combination.
Minimum 5-8 years related experience working with integrated enterprise systems with demonstrated advanced knowledge in the role of Systems Analyst.
Strongly demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the following technologies is mandatory: Siebel CRM application, Siebel Analytics, SQL, and Oracle.
Demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: Unix, NT Visual Basic, Reporting tools such as COGNOS and Crystal Reports.
Siebel CRM application development and configuration as well as Siebel tools is required.
Global Siebel implementation experience and pharmaceutical industry highly preferred.
Siebel CRM (Version 7.8 or higher) and PL/SQL Oracle Package development skills are required.
Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.
Strong skills in the areas of communication, problem analysis, delivery on results, self-development, adaptability and flexibility, and global perspective. Strong time management and organizational skills .
Must be knowledgeable with all aspects of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle.)
Strong skills in the areas of Requirements Gathering and Test & Validation required.
High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office products, such as Project, PowerPoint and Visio
