Description :
The District Manager is responsible for selling Informatica's Enterprise Data Warehousing Software Licenses, Support, Training and Consulting. Targets all non-named companies/institutions/organizations in an assigned geographic territory to sell licenses, support, training, and consulting for Informatica's enterprise data warehousing platform product line. The target market includes Fortune 1000 accounts in geography or Named Account Territories.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
5 or more years of successful enterprise software sales history
Have successfully closed individual sales of at least $250,000 or more in previous roles
Have a success track record of achievement over quota
Be capable of operating in an entrepreneurial environment
Have knowledge of Data Warehousing, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products
Possess excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
BA/BS or equivalent educational background
Apps vendors such as Oracle (Apps), SAP, PeopleSoft, Baan, I2, Seibel
Big 5 consulting firms with Applications/Data Warehousing experience
eBusiness vendors such as Ariba, Accrue, Net Genesis, Epiphany, Broadbase, Broadvision
DW analytics for CRM such as Sagent, Acta, Hyperion, Microstrategy, Cognos, NCR/Terradata
DBMS vendors such as Oracle, Sybase, Informix
