For instance, our ERP utilizes SAP and Siebel, with SeeBeyond ICAN/e*Gate as the integration layer for all our Supply Chain applications. As our Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Architecture, you'll lead the creation of data governance, master data, metadata and data quality strategies as well as oversees the correct implementation and execution of these strategies at an enterprise level. You'll be responsible for the integration of all Data Strategies with Enterprise Integration and Enterprise Infrastructure architectures as well as the creation of IT processes, governance models, technology recommendations and standard specifications. You'll support various Nike IT teams with the creation of prototypes and oversee the correct use of (physical) designs with supporting metadata references, distribution and navigation and visualization capabilities for information concepts. You'll be responsible for cross IT Data Architecture visibility on what enterprise data is used, who accesses it, where it is store, and how and what methods are used in the data transformation within the data usage lifecycle. You'll also lead functional data management discussions and initiatives across Nike IT and develop internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources and improve group responsiveness. As a senior manager, you'll be accountable for building and leading a (virtual) team of managers, leads and other technical professional employees. In addition, you'll promote a culture of inclusion and demonstrate commitment and action toward building workforce diversity.
Requirements for the position include:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
? 8 years' professional experience in IT
? 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
? 3 years' management/leadership experience
? 4 years' experience in a Data Architecture role
? Experience creating governance and standards for data
? Deep understanding of how to access and manage data required to support business and analysis requirements
? Experience with data modeling and business intelligence tools
? Experience with data administration and metadata management
? Understanding of the differences in design and access characteristics of diverse data sources
? Experience working in a SAP environment is a plus
? Ability to network and influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written and group presentations
? Ability to pass a 7 year background investigation
