Position Description
The Boeing Companys new Director for Finance Transformation will provide IT leadership for implementing PeopleSoft Financials Modules in support of the migration enterprise common processes and systems. Will lead the Enterprise Accounting systems (EA) organization integrating the production systems based on enterprise business process requirements from Finance Transformation Program, and aligning EAs IT services to the companys vision for common processes and systems. Responsibilities include: Lead alignment of systems interfaces and data flows to meet functional business and schedule requirements; Lead integration of collected business requirements across enterprise accounting domain to ensure IT changes for each module are appropriately communicated and across all impacted stakeholders; Ensure alignment of integrated business solutions for EA with Boeing enterprise technical architecture direction; Provide IT leadership for implementing processes and tools that ensure optimal data and application integration; Lead development and implementation of communication plan that keeps all stakeholders informed of integration-related news and issues; Lead development and execution of budget and resource plans required to provide IT enterprise accounting services across Boeing; Ensure that integrated process controls are compliant with all regulatory requirements; Provide leadership for creating and sustaining a production support team that is a part of an integrated enterprise finance process consisting of a flow going from labor distribution through financial planning & analysis.
