Be responsible for building a rock-solid sync infrastructure used for interactions between the PC and device. This infrastructure is critical for exchanging content and information between the PC, the device and the internet, allowing people to manage their device, and as the basis for new PC-device features.
The successful candidate will work closely with program management, test, and other members of the dev team, as well as members of the device team. Primary responsibility will lie with building a solid device experience that is robust, reliable and has high performance. You should be able to drive unexplored areas to success mostly on your own and embrace major new technologies with little technical assistance. You must have a passion for high quality software.
At a minimum, you should have 3+ years of experience in software development using C++, COM, and Windows as well as a zeal for great software engineering practices. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred.
