We are looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer that eats, sleeps and breathes online services. As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be on the team that interfaces with and directly supports the ZUNE R&D Team and our resource partners. On any given day you could be troubleshooting a networking issue, fleshing out server architecture for a new service component or presenting up-time information about our service to senior leaders. You will be looked to for expert advice and answers about your service and Ops architecture. You will have no shortage of variety in this position.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in large scale, data center and/or operations/enterprise server, IIS, network deployments and architecture.
5 - 7 years of experience in Service IT/Operations.
Expert experience with Microsoft products including: Windows Server Products, SQL Server, Windows SharePoint Services, IIS..
Expert level technical skills in TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, XML, and .Net Framework.
Expert level experience in designing, communicating, delivery and maintenance of solutions for Service Operations environment.
Preferred skills:
Successful completion of at least product cycle as a Systems Engineer.
Strong customer service skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
MCSE, or CCNP a big plus.
Senior level problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills.
Ability to be highly self-directed when required and work closely within a team.
Must effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in accordance with high level objectives/projects.
Scripting ability is a must.
The position requires participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
