Director, Xbox Live Subscriptions
Are you passionate about the consumer entertainment industry? What about owning and driving subscription businesses? If the answer to both of the above questions is yes AND you have the drive, creativity, and flexibility to succeed in a fast paced and challenging environment, you should consider a role within the Xbox Live Subscriptions team.
We are looking for a highly motivated and strong performer to own and manage our subscriptions business and help scale the business into an even more significant driver of the overall Xbox 360 and Xbox Live business. In this role, you will help drive operational efficiency of our current subscription business, help scale and evolve the offering and business model to attract a greater base of customers across multiple segments, develop and improve our engagement and retention efforts to drive key metrics around Lifetime customer value, reduced churn, ARPU, help partner teams measure and improve the efficiency of our SAC, work with channel partners to expand the business and reach customers in a profitable way. In addition, you will ensure regular tracking of our business metrics and help drive executive roll-ups, strategy reviews, and ensure we are investing and focusing on the right areas of our business. You should be prepared to succeed against aggressive goals with minimum supervision, and be comfortable working with different partners and virtual teams, internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have at a minimum 4-5 years of working on and ideally managing a subscription business. The candidate will also have experience in both drive operational excellence as well as creating strategic plans that the organization can execute against.
- Strong leadership to transform ideas and new initiatives into successful execution plans are a requirement.
- Passion for gaming and prior experience in the gaming or entertainment industry would be a huge asset.
- The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent plus a minimum of 6-7 years work experience that includes managerial responsibilities and executive level exposure
- You should be self-sufficient, able to operate with minimal supervision, and be a very strong communicator.
