Are you ready?
As a Nike Store Manager you'll:
? Lead the Team. Keep the team energized, motivated and focused on a single vision: Serving the Athletes that walk through our doors everyday
? You provide overall leadership and accountability for the store team to create a premium employee and consumer experience
? You offer overall leadership and people management, including proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, career planning for your team, training and development, performance management and coaching
? You are on point to create the environment where your team gets the right product, the right fit and the right style to every consumer
? You are a leader in the community by supporting Nike community connections and sponsoring local Community Outreach programs
? You show up with solid business skill and manage Nike product merchandising strategy, promotions, launches and tests, and have a history of hitting store financial goals through smart budgeting, including labor costs and overall expenses, and take actions to ensure control of costs through SG&A, shrink and margin controls
Show us what you've got:
? You have a 6+ years' progressively responsible Retail experience with 3+ years' management experience in the service or retail industry
? You have extensive experience and the ability to lead the delivery of premium service in a brand retailer
? You can demonstrate your skills in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership and management experience
