SPECIFICS: Business to business phone sales of website & marketing services to home repair contractors (painters, plumbers, remodelers, exterminators etc.) by way of cold calling and following up with warm leads.
PERKS: Not a hard sell! No account management! No dress code! No office politics! Flexible schedule part time or full time!
PAY: Commission based, of course. My target for you is $40K based on 40 hours and is very realistic! ($20K for part time)

REQUIREMENTS: Enthusiasm, phone skills, rapport building techniques, positive personality, general adaptability, proactive work style, natural sales talent, basic computer and Internet navigation skills. Criminal background check and credit check required.
